Refund policy

All of our products including custom 3D printed head scans (painted and unpainted) and custom waterslide decals are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

 If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at @wwbstopmotions on Instagram with a photo of the item and your order number. We will work with you to provide a replacement.

 Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun. Please double check all details before placing your order.

 Please note that hand painted items may have minor variations in finish this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted work and is not considered a defect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
