Shipping policy

Because all of our products are made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order ships. Custom painted items may require additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days  depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

By The Bell Essentials is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will make it right.
